I am based out of Colorado Springs, CO. I primarily work within Colorado Springs, but I can take clients in the surrounding areas such as Castle Rock, Parker, Divide, and Pueblo for a small travel fee. Please reach out if you have further questions!

Birth Doula

As a birth doula, I provide emotional, physical and educational support during pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum. I can provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for your comfort.

I will provide unlimited email/phone/text support during business hours (9am- 7pm) after the signing of our contract.
I can provide birth plan information and consultation.
I will provide information and resources to enable you to make informed choices.
I am on call for you 24 hours a day from 37 weeks until birth.
2 prenatal appointments are included at ~32wks & ~36wks.
Once labor begins, I am available outside of business hours until I join you for your birth.
One postpartum appointment to debrief and process your birth and provide any support or resources you may need at that time.

On-Call: $20/day

In-Person: $35/hr

Back-up Only Birth Doula

In the event that your primary doula cannot join you during your birth, I will be available on-call throughout your doula's call window. I will join you during active labor in the absence of your primary doula, or to relieve your primary doula for a break in the instance of a long labor.

On-call support as needed at $20/day

Postpartum Doula

Daytime Doula Package:

I can help you through the postpartum transition by bringing you meals and snacks, doing light housework, laundry, watching your older children, watching your newborn, providing emotional/social support, giving you time for self-care, a nap and/or shower. Support can be customized to fit with your highest priorities.

3x per week
6 hours per day
one meal and two snacks per week

Nighttime Doula Package:

I can help you get needed rest by supporting you through the night in those early weeks. I will watch your newborn while you sleep and help with light housework/ laundry as permitted. If baby is exclusively breastfeeding, baby is brought in quietly for feeds, and I'll take care of the rest so you can get right back to sleep.

2x per week
8 hours per night
one meal and 2 snacks per week

Days $27/hr

Nights $40/hr

A La Carte Postpartum Services

Daytime Postpartum doula services as needed at $27/hr (4 hr minimum)
Nighttime Postpartum Doula services as needed at $40/hr (6 hr minimum)

Nourishing Meal serving 4+ $50-65 (dependent upon ingredients and prep time)
